Proposal Support & Project Management For all project phases of space projects the customer offers a new invitation of tenders and demands a new binding proposal. So the effort for the generation of a good proposal could be very high. If the resources of the proposal team are limited it might be a good alternative to ask for support. Experience in project planning (i.e. by using MS-Project) can be also provided for all project phases. In the frame of project management adequate experience of Configuration Management, Verification Control and other elements of the MAIT process (Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration and Test) can be provided. |
